- 1 bunch Swiss chard, about 12 ounces
- 2 tbls MCT Oil
- 2 tbls Ghee Butter
- 1 1/2 cups (2.5 ounces) of Cat 2 Bread Crumbs or crushed BranCrisps
- Sea Salt to Taste
- crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 lemon
- 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1 garlic clove peeled and chopped
