He clarifies that every 15,000 accumulated steps earns one red column eating episode, while participants unable to walk can earn rewards by handwriting the affirmation, “I am enough as I am and am getting stronger,” 100 times. Travis also addresses fairness in tracking physical activity, explaining how stationary bikes, recumbent bikes, and ellipticals may count toward steps when properly tracked, but participants cannot count the same activity as both steps and exercise repetitions.

Dedicated strength training, rowing, and other intentional workouts are discussed, with an emphasis on honesty, accurate reporting, and avoiding inflated numbers. As the challenge approaches its dramatic conclusion, Travis announces that his ruthless alter ego, Jack Savage, will take over Friday through Sunday, bringing unexpected twists, tougher challenges, and plenty of Survivor-style mischief before the final Tribal Council on Monday at 9 PM EST, when the winner will be revealed.
