Travis also explains the daily Tree Mail, Tribal Council, default meal options, hidden clues, penalties, and opportunities to earn special advantages, including a Day 1 clothing-color challenge that can unlock an approved shake or sandwich. Throughout the session, he emphasizes that the challenge is designed to make weight loss fun while encouraging teamwork, accountability, strategy, relationships, and renewed focus on healthy habits.
