In Friday’s promotional class, Travis Martin shared heartfelt updates and encouragement with the Faithfully Fit community. The session opened with a lighthearted exchange about tongue-twisting words like “cannabinoid,” which led into a recap of the previous night's class on endocannabinoid receptors. Travis reminded members not to abandon ongoing challenges and emphasized the importance of finishing strong. He praised members in the Full Moon Metabolic Boost challenge, highlighting major weight loss successes and engagement.

The class celebrated new belt promotions, recognizing members for their achievements and commitment to their wellness journeys. Travis and Coach Dawson inspired everyone with discussions on mindset, discipline, and the power of reframing thoughts using positive affirmations. They encouraged asking "Why am I blessed?" instead of simply declaring "I am blessed," to shift the mind into agreement. The session closed with prayers, community support for those facing struggles, and a reminder to continue showing up and sharing the mission.
