He emphasized the power of food combinations, hydration, and supplementation to maximize weight loss and overall health. The session also covered next week’s class schedule, mentor and instructor training, and ways to get involved in I AM Faithfully Fit’s growing support community. The class ended with an encouragement to prioritize red column meals, stay consistent, and trust God’s plan for wellness.
